DADAA offers training programs to groups and organisations in Perth and regional WA. Remote and online programs can also be delivered to other areas of Australia and overseas.

Disability Awareness Training

Disability Awareness Training focuses on enhancing participants’ understanding of disability and the barriers people with disability face to full and equal participation. It will build awareness and confidence in the implementation and use of inclusion and access strategies and tools.

This training is particularly valuable for local governments, businesses or community groups who engage with diverse audiences or wish to fulfil the requirements of inclusive practice frameworks.

The training can be tailored to your organisational needs and delivered at DADAA Fremantle, at venue of your choosing or remotely.

Vision Awareness Training

DADAA offers tailored two-hour training sessions that focus on working with people who are blind or vision-impaired. Training covers practical and respectful ways of communicating and guiding a person who is blind and vision impaired. This training is particularly suited to management and front-line staff within organisations and at public venues.

Services can be delivered at DADAA Fremantle, at a venue of your choosing, or remotely.
