We offer these workshops in two locations: Midland, Hamersley and Lancelin.

If you love working with clay and want to explore or specialise in this medium, then work alongside our warm and professional potters and clay sculptors.

The possibilities in this workshop are endless, with professional artists supporting you to develop skills in your area of interest.

Jewellery, small sculptural ornaments and a range of other practical items or artistic works can be created. Artists are also supported if they’d like to translate clay modelling to animation or other digital formats.

Whatever your choose, you will make your own unique pieces and develop yourself as an artist through exploring this fun and diverse medium.

Midland has two medium-sized kilns for firing works and Lancelin has one large kiln, so artists will get to know the full process for creating glazed artefacts.

Midland artists in this program also have an opportunity to meet and work with other local artists through the Guildford Village Potters. Lancelin artists have the opportunity to exhibit at the Wangaree Community Centre.
