Parallel Paradigms brings together work from diverse artistic voices developed during a three-month residency at Midland Junction Arts Centre’s Veranda Studio in 2024. Tracing this shared artistic journey, Parallel Paradigms reveals the beauty and strength that can be found when different life experiences and abilities are brought together.

With works from DADAA arts workers and the artists with disability they work with, this exhibition explores the unique yet connected perspectives of individuals working across various mediums and highlights how creativity can flourish through collaboration.

DADAA respectfully acknowledges the Whadjuk and Yued people of the Noongar nation and the Southern Yamatji Peoples, the traditional owners of the lands upon which DADAA operates. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
