Cancellation and change of service policy

Changing your service

You can change the services you’ve agreed to in your DADAA Client Service Agreement – Schedule of Supports. To do this, talk to your DADAA contact person.

You need to give two weeks’ notice for any changes. Both you and DADAA must agree to the changes.

DADAA will agree to changes if:

• They don’t negatively affect your Individual Goal Plan
• They don’t disrupt other DADAA programs
• They fit within the usual types of support offered in your Service Agreement

You can ask for an updated DADAA Client Service Agreement – Schedule of Supports at any time.
