about the workshop

The objective of this two-day workshop is to work collectively and individually to produce fun pieces of sculpture using up-cycled materials and found objects. You will be taught basic woodworking and metalwork techniques applied to sculpture.

Participants are asked to source materials prior to commencement of the course starting.

You are required to bring a collection for your own use. The more you have the better your piece will be!

Materials can be sourced from your own property (or check out the tip) timber and light weight metals are preferred. You will also be required to bring some basic tools if possible: cordless drill, hammer, screwdrivers, saw etc.

WHEN: Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June; 10am-4pm on both days

WHERE: DADAA Lanclein, Wangaree Community Centre, 131 Gingin Road, Lancelin

COST: $100.00 (two-day course) includes light refreshments
