about the event

Since 1992, the Hatched National Graduate Show has presented the work of over one thousand artists alongside that of their national peers in this unique showcase of emergent talent. Many of Australia’s most successful artistic careers have been launched this way. The show is held at PICA in the Perth Cultural Centre precinct.

As part of Hatched Open Day, DADAA will collaborate with PICA to offer a free guided tactile tour for people who are blind or vision impaired. The tactile tour allows people who are blind of vision impaired to explore contemporary art through informed discussion and by touching selected objects and materials from the Hatched show.

Companions and carers welcome.
